First of all many thanks for the great job you have done, the car running really smooth. The engine is reacting on every touch of the throttle, she is accelerating constantly through the full range of torque in each gear and so far I can say, there is a decrease of fuel use, about 0,6 to 0,9 L / 100 Km.

In standard form the van seemed to pull ok with a decent fuel economy of @ 440miles to a full tank….. bearing in mind I would average @ 80mph on the motorways!
Prior to approaching Opticantuning I was dubious of the reported benefits of ECU remapping which are posted on various websites & chat forums., but as the going says “Nothing ventured….. Nothing gained”
The immediate effects of the remapping were not apparent when I first drove the van after the remapping was completed. When I raised this as a concern I was assured that the full affect of the remapping would take approximately 72hrs. The more I drove the van, the quicker it seemed to get… and sure enough roughly 72hrs after the remapping the full effects where very noticeable. I’d have to say the van is a complete rocket ship…. Wheel spin in 3rd gear! …
The torque increase is very impressive which means better drivability around town and in turn has resulted in better fuel economy. After repeated journeys I can safely say that there is @ 12% increase in fuel economy.
